  1. Middleton Tax Services office guidelines.

                 MTS continues to be paperless.

 All appointments will be conducted in a virtual setting – via computer or                    phone call.  PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME                          WITHOUT A PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH YOUR TAX PREPARER.

  1. Your tax documents and how to get them to us.
  • Through the portal – Please login to your portal account (securefilepro.com) to upload your documents securely. You can find your login information and/or reset your password at this link too.
  • Via FAX (Please include cover sheet and number of pages.)
  • Through U.S. Mail – not recommended
  • Drop them off at our office between the hours of 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. Office is closed from 1-2 pm for lunch. Office hours begin Monday, February 2, 2026
  • Your tax documents will need to be at our office at least one week prior to your scheduled tax appointment. Documents received later than this could affect your appointment time.

Do we have current info on you? Do we need to update an address or phone number? Please email the office to make any changes.

  1. If you have any dependents who will be filing a 2025 tax return, please consult with your tax preparer before they file. It could significantly impact your return.
